      Finally getting round to seasoning my old smoker, it seems to blow good smoke at very low temps this it's at 150 degrees!

      90% of the crappie are in 10% of the lake & 10% of the fisherman will catch'em!

        Here's one with the camera flash on.
        I'm happy with the amount of smoke i'm getting with only 5 small chunks of hickory!

            Aaaaahhhh this things is gonna serve me good, I smoked some store bought spare ribs & let me tell you it something good also did a drunken chicken that turned out awesome too.
            Can't wait to get some casings stuffed to see how it turns those out.
            Sorry no pics but I've got an totally stuffed belly!
